Creative Process

Listen.

I listen to you and your intention for your Custom Channeled Dress. Once I have connected with you, I listen to the earth. I ask to receive what wants to come through. Messengers appear in the form of earth elements - crystals, flowers, birds, and animals.

Receive.

Through different modes of listening - dreaming, writing, nature walking, and visioning - I receive the message that wants to come through for you. I create your dress using these elements as a creative palette for the final piece.

Create.

I hand dye all of my dresses with natural plant dyes to get colors as vibrant as nature herself. I then add custom elements depending on what I’ve received: embroidery, stitching details, or painting! No dress is the same, no dress is replicable. Each dress is alive with the spirit of nature, and brings her protection to the wearer.
